Weekly Dinner Drop

The Missing Elephant began with a simple idea: sharing the authentic Thai food Annie grew up cooking and loving.
Born and raised in Chiang Mai, Thailand, Annie spent three years running her own cafe before moving to Canada. Today, she brings those same family recipes, fresh ingredients, and attention to detail to every dish we serve.
Daniel isn't a chef, he's simply Annie's biggest fan. After countless home-cooked meals, he knew her food was too good to keep to themselves. Together, they created The Missing Elephant to share a taste of Thailand with their community.
So why The Missing Elephant?
When Annie talks about home, she always says she misses Thailand, the people, the culture, and especially the food. And whenever she returns to visit family, Daniel is the one left behind, missing her cooking.
The elephant is one of Thailand's most cherished symbols. For us, The Missing Elephant represents the feeling of missing home, the people you love, and the comforting flavours that bring you back.
We hope every meal brings you a little closer to Thailand.
